Clear category descriptions would shed more light than the nebulous “meaningful.” Modifiers like new, primary, fiduciary, reciprocal, parental, troubled or sexual would add clarity, and if you’ll excuse the term, meaning, to the tired phrase. Now imagine me throwing you a meaningful glance.
Here’s another contradictory expression: You owe me a favor. Wait. What? As for free gifts, don’t even get me started. Gifts, like favors, are free by definition.
